We are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Associate who is a self starter.
Must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc.
- Dependable
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Good reading and writing skills
- Maintain the building interior and exterior
- Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs
- Perform janitorial duties
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc.
